Happy Friday, friends!! I hope you have something great planned (or not planned) for the weekend, but nonetheless, be sure to enjoy it! In the meantime, check out my favorite Pins from this week along with their lovely links:
1 | Quinoa banana bread Having a wheat allergy means that I need to get creative when it comes to desserts. Thankfully, they now offer many types of wheat flour alternatives that make for just as a delicious (and maybe even healthier) dessert! (Yay!) Take for example this Quinoa banana bread via La Tartine Gourmande - banana bread is one of my favorite things, seriously, I love it, and now, I don't have to give it up!
2 | Custom Double initial rubber stamp Miss Tristan B. over at Besotted Brand has the best calligraphy and monogram rubber stamps that are worthy of any collection or work space, and what's even better is that she specializes in custom items, so you can get something made just for you! This double initial rubber stamp would put the perfect finishing touch to your letter or stationary! And be sure to check out all of the amazing custom made items in Besotted Brand's Etsy shop here.
3 | Navy polka dot swim suit Really, really loving this ruffled polka dot bikini top with high-waisted ruched bottom. It was used in part of 100 Layer Cake's "Summer poolside love/photo session", photographed by Jen Huang. The model purchased the swim suit from SLO Swim shop in San Luis Obispo. It really makes me want to hit the beach or pool before it's too late!
4 | "It is what it is" I admit that this is something I say...a lot. I mean, really, it is what it is! I love the peachy pink and black combo color of this print by Jacqueline Maldonado - you can get it over at Society 6 - check it all out here.
5 | Handmade linen tea towel These screen-printed tea towels made by Leah Duncan are just the cutest! I adore the colorways and print patterns that Leah comes up with for her tea towels as well as her other items, including pillow covers and prints - check them all out in her Etsy shop here!
6 | Valentine's loaf bread Okay, so Valentine's day is a ways away but it's never too early or too late to make a super sweet, super pretty bread loaf...with a heart-shape surprise center! P.S. That beautiful heart-shaped color is made by adding beet water to the bread mix, how interesting! You can find this recipe and how-to by La Receta de la Felicidad here - and be sure to check out her other lovely recipes while you're there (the food photography is absolutely beautiful!). . . .
You can find all these photos and more within my Pinterest boards!
