Boy! What a month! Did you know that 5 planets were in Retrograde in April? Venus, Mercury, Jupiter, Saturn and Pluto. We feel the effects of the planets closest to the Sun (Venus and Mercury) the most, as some of you may have already noticed. However, a planet in Retrograde is not necessarily a bad thing. This is a deep time of reflection, especially self-reflection - a time for you to go deeper within yourself. A lot of inner emotions and energies can be brought to the surface during these times, and here are some ways to help deal with everything going on around you:
- Keep a journal and write down your dreams, emotions, thoughts and feelings
- Take part in activities spent outside in nature as much as you can
- Create! Sit down with any creative project - art, painting, writing, drawing, etc.
- Go with the flow. Keep in mind that pushing against something only brings more of it to you!
