Why Burnout is Sweeping The Nation

When we talk about things like epidemics and pandemics, the most frequent things that come to mind are plagues, viruses and other kinds of physical health ailments. However, there is a pretty good chance that the biggest epidemics in the world are not caused by immune system reactions to the entry of foreign substances and creatures such as bacteria. Rather, things like obesity and burnout are much more prominent epidemics that are sweeping the nation like never before.

The truth of the situation is that burnout prevention programs are becoming more and more frequent as the years go by. This is because of the fact that the likelihood that people will get burned out is increasing on an annual basis as well, and there is a very potent contributing factor that is leading to this occurrence. This factor is that people are being required to put in a lot more hours into the office than they ever used to, and on top of all of that they are not earning nearly as much as their parents did either if you adjust their salaries for inflation.

Working more and earning less is liable to send anyone into a state of deep mental despair and anguish, and the fact of the matter is that we are running out of time to stem the increased growth of this epidemic. These days almost every other person is currently feeling burned out or alternatively they are of the opinion that they are inching ever closer to it. The world will not be able to survive if this rate of burnout is not brought down significantly, so you need to play your own part in this.
